The Heart Beats Family Fun Run on October 16th, 2010 is the 1st annual family run and walk event in Calgary to support and raise funds for Congenital Heart Disease.

Regular Events
Heart to Heart is a group open to parents of children with Congenital Heart Disease (C.H.D). of all ages, whether they are infants, toddlers, elementary age, or teenagers. Parents with children at home are welcome to bring them. We meet once a month for coffee, etc. and a chat about parenting children with C.H.D.
Come to meet other parents, to ask questions about caring for and raising children with CHD, to share your knowledge and experience, and to enjoy some coffee and goodies.

This fun, activity-based group provides an opportunity for youth aged 12-17 years to come together in an informal setting and meet others who also live with C.H.D. Off Beats offers youth a chance to be part of a group that shares common experiences and challenges with the added bonus of peer-to-peer support and friendship.
One member states, “It’s a good environment. It’s good to know there are other kids with heart disease.”
Off Beats meets once a month during the school year.
